I travel from this station every day. Some of the staff are very rude ethnicity- British Pakistani Today 4/7/2025 8:58am the ticket barrier wasn’t working, so a staff member scanned my ticket. He then told me I couldn’t enter the platform area because I arrived 30 minutes early. However, I have a valid ticket for today, and as far as I know, in the UK it is legal to enter the station and wait in the waiting lounge if you are a ticketed passenger. I don’t understand why I wasn’t allowed to go inside. Please explain why I was denied access.
Use this station a lotnI’ve had helpful staff and rude staff but it’s like that a the bank central as wellnBut yesterday the trains was packed/ late due to a police incident, as I was getting on the train this woman/ girl ran passed me she was aggressive getting on the train all to get a seatnWhich she didn’t get anyway and after running her mouth off, she ended getting an Uber with her mates, I don’t feel safe with people like this round, it’s disgusting the way people behave
