Overall bus services are good, buses are kept clean enough. Bus drivers are sometimes annoyingly grumpy but it's ok.
Online navigation to find timetables etc is ok once you get the hang of it.
The biggest downside is that they aren't very good at estimating times, the times the buses leave the station are accurate, but once you get over 5 stops out from the station they are largely inaccurate.
For example the bus I get is most often at least 7 minutes late to the stop outside my house.
Also display board on that stop has been not working for 3 months and they haven't fixed it.

Too expensive and very poor service. Routes and timetables are not properly planned. After 5pm buses run once an hour some routes do not run at all, no early service either. Impossible to reach industrial areas. No proper network map. There is one "London style", but it only shows which bus is going to which part of Warrington. Then you should have a separate "map" for every single route, which is not informative enough, no streets, no bus stops. Printed timetables contain mistakes. Drivers are rude and never have change.
I've been told by Network Warrington that it is too expensive to design and distribute proper map ( although there is one on the wall in Travel Shop, but apparently it's too expensive).
