Located on the second level of Marland's, this bakery serves up the authentic Cornish Pasty. Cornwall's a bit of a drive away so this hearty comfort food is convenient when in Southampton. Based on the pasties enjoyed by Cornish Miners, they are traditionally eaten by holding them on the hard folded ends so as not to get the good parts dirty with your mining hands and fingers. Warren's pasties weighs like a small child and are filled with a variety of fillings from beef, vegetables, potatoes, etc. They go 50% off at the end of the day. Service was friendly. They have a nice seating area as well.
Vegan pasties available here. Very tasty and cheap too. Green Thai vegan pasty is the best.
Warrens bakery is an outstanding bakery that every one will love because of its mind blowing Cornish pasties, gingerbread men, meringue and much more! I my self have rated this bakery five star for its astonishing food to certainly fill you up. So to find out what this amazing food tastes like, come to warrens bakery. Also, the people at the desks are so cheerfull and happy that you would want to recommend warrens bakery. This recommendation was written by Isobel Jennings Age8
Very pricey food and doesnt taste any better then Gregs which is like half the price. Alwats cold in there as well a little heating wouldnt hurt. Personally Gregs all the way much better tasting and cheaper as well. Dont believe everything good thats said about this company.
Really enjoyed the food and they do deals for lunch time which made it slightly cheaper. Spending about £5 for a lunch which isn't horrendous. Very lovely staff and a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Would highly recommend
The savory snacks in my opinion are better than the sweet. But the service was good and staff members were polite.
