Tonight we thought we'd order ourselves a treat and boy what a treat it was! The cakes are delightfully delicious, light 'n fluffy, totally tasty and absolutely authentic. Would highly recommend!
Yummy, and fresh selection of cakes, served by friendly staff! The cream tastes fuller, and sponge melts in your mouth... I certainly prefer these cakes to others! My go to birthday cake shop in Southampton! :D
Honestly the best cakes I’ve tasted. I rarely write reviews but I had to reccomend this place after my friend bought a birthday cake for me from here.
I ordered cake at Southampton branch and noticed a very rubbish customer service. My order was £ 47.99 and nearly 8- 10 cake I’m ordering each year. I forget to pick money from home and have children with me. I asked the girl to give me the bag but she totally denied to give me as I left money in home and can’t take cake in hand I think cake box is rubbish and don’t care the customer. If I pay nearly £ 500 each year for cake then 10 p bag is nothing for me , but she not understand.. please remove such rubbish staff from this branch. I want give you negative feedback
Love this place for cakes and muffins. Good quality and tasty.. that’s what I thought at first but in few weeks they hiked their prices as you can see in old pick and if you buy now...plus it’s so full of same flavour that no matter what you get it is same cream in every cake same flavour Unless added from top like bounty or Maltese etc. It’s bit boring after few times ...
I found these cakes very sub-standard more of a gimmick. They don’t taste like cakes neither does the cream taste fresh or like cream for that matter. I feel they are more novelty looking cakes which are ok for their looks however overall taste, quality, and value is not to the mark. Overly sweet and very sugary chocolate decorating. The sponge I found terrible not at all like a sponge but a fake taste. Their barfi box has no info on nutritional value, this is annoying basic info should be available. Not impressed.
Lovely fruit cakes! Bought one small 6" for ny daughters 1st birthday today and am very pleased with the cake, very professional staff and customer service lady was very nice. Thanks
Cake was fine got 6 individual slices, but most of the flavours taste the same, seems like they put a diff chocolate on top and call it something else. Personally don’t think it stands up to other chains like Lola’s, where you can actually taste flavours baked into the cake. Service was good though. Personally, wouldn’t buy from here again
Not the 1st but most definitely not the last! Amazing cakes.
