Very disappointed with this practice, in 2023 it is unacceptable not to have an online portal where appointments can be booked and health records reviewed on demand. It does not work to have a phone line where one or two unregistered HCP's try and coordinate a phone assessment, this alone sends people to ED's inappropriately as they are unable to get a timely appointment and assessment for their health needs. Why has the practice not signed up to patient portal? If they wish to triage appointments, then this should be done by a registered HCP and a receptionist would not be needed. I am registering with a practice that has patient portal and I recommend you do to.
Dr Ryan is one of the loveliest GP's I've met and i work in healthcare. Her care, compassion, responsiveness and attentiveness to my Mum over her life was exceptional and her dedication to Mum especially in the last month of her life was amazing. I can't thank Dr. Ryan and the clinic enough for everything they did for my family.
Reception are very rude especially Susan
