I cannot offer much in the way of information about medical treatment but the manner I was treated in when trying to get a registered with a doctor after moving home and to get medication for blood pressure has been awful. The practice receptionist is one of the worst I have ever met. She presents as a nurse. She insists that I get my former doctor to email me a list of my medications just the one then she refuses to let me forward the same email. She says she can’t give out her email. So she wants another surgery to give me their email but this surgery cannot give out hers. You would wonder why? So I can’t have the much needed medication because I work from home and do not currently have access to a printer as she wants me to print it off and drop it in
I've always had a 1st class service from the staff and doctors at the surgery, They have been very accommodating especially during covid, I would highly recommend all the staff involved, keep up the good work folks.
I tried to register here as a new patient and I can honestly say I felt like I was asking for a handout. The reception staff or one of them need lessons in manners and patient care. Having lived here since 2008 and not needing medical care I needed to register to get vaccines but I have decided I will drive the 3 hours back to my local practice.
