Really happy with the jewellery I bought from here highly recommend plus great customer service.
Lovely jewellery shop with good prices, only a bit annoying that they do not yet allow for mobile contactless payment google pay/apply pay. Had to come back the next day with appropriate payment as a result, hopefully the company will sort out mobile pay.
Lovely jewellery but as I was leaving I noticed that one of the rings had fallen off the display and I called over to a staff member to tell her and she turned round and said 'sorry I'm busy'. I just turnes round and walked out because I thought it was rather rude.
I am very happy with the service I received today at Warren James Walsall store, the Manager and staff was very helpful in resolving my issue with a broken ear ring. Definitely will shop here again, great customer service.
Shopped at warren james walsall and isle of wight, pleasant friendly and very helpfull at both shops returned couple more times with grand daughter and same service so im happy

Set in the Saddlers Centre. Window displays good. Prices seem competitive. They are getting ready for Christmas!!!
