I'm genuinely disturbed by what I saw here today. A little girl, 3-4 years old screaming and kicking in terror and pain as her parent forcibly restrained her as a Clair's staff member forced an ear-piercing gun to her ear! I had to see/hear that as it was done in plain sight of the door as you walk past. Monstrous! I'm writing a complaint. The staff member that did this should feel terrible. It might not be my child but I saw it and it's churned my stomach!
