Very rude, patronising Indian customer service lady. Not helpful at all I asked for size J ring and the size in the rings I was interested in was unavailable but she went on to show me a size up from J which clearly was too big. No mention of they can order the size or if theres any other similar styles ect in a J nothing. Her face was cold, tone of voice aggressive, dandruff all down her top/dress. We just left found an amazing ring somewhere else who had my size and customer service was amazing.
Really lovely lady who served me me was really in doubt if I should by a chain or not but she really was helpful and kind. Fantastic communication skills and very confident lady. WELL DONE!!
It’s not about the money , it’s just about respect for your customers . I’ve spend today around 200£ and they still charge me 2.50£ for their own bag W J . I found it very unpleasant.
