I love the staff in this Hinds. So helpful but not over the top and never intrusive. I had a ring enlarged and have also bought several pieces from here and the advice given is always useful and helpful
I do not recommend this store. Went in to replace battery in my Michael Kors watch only to come back and be told they cannot seal it back ! Charged me for a battery and told to go elsewhere to seal it or leave it with them and they will send it off and it will cost me £50 !Also stones were missing and I only noticed on the way home. Cannot describe how upset I’m !!! I was forced to find another repair store upon telling my story ,my watch was sealed back for FREE within 5 min. However now I have to find professional to replace missing stones that will cost me.Avoid !
Have always used this jewellers to get watch batteries replaced as they do a Lifetime Guarantee deal £18.50 meaning a huge saving on batteries for lifetime of your watch. Also like the staff in local branch-always friendly and efficient.
In October I visited this jewellers around 6/7 times to buy different pieces of jewellery for family birthdays etc, I spent quite a bit in there, the last visit I bought some earrings for my daughter when I got home I noticed one was dark/black so I went back to the shop to ask if they would change them, I found the girl in there very rude and was uncomfortable to talk to here, in the end the manager sorted it out for me… I cannot fault the Manager as he was very very nice, but his staff not any one of them were pleasant especially the younger girl in there she was rude and I feel I cannot visit the shop purely for the way she made me feel.. I have to return there to collect my earrings…but will not return there, it is a shame as the only Hinds close to me… like I said I cannot fault the manager he was professional and very nice.
Simply appalling. Counter ladies very friendly and helpful but it stops there. Major problems with the repair service and still waiting for the return of my Skagen watch after nearly 4 months. Also went to purchase a new display watch only to be told that it didn't work and would need to be sent away for mending.Difficult to believe that a watch shop sells watches that can't be worn immeditely. Not a good experience and still waiting for my watch to be returned!!
Well not very happy today decided to pick up my watch from repair and found a notice on the door saying staff shortage was closing at 3.30pm. We were at the store at 3.23pm and it was closed I knocked on the door but the assistant didn't bother and just carried on what she was doing. Will not recommended this shop to anyone I know very poor service. Saturday 06/08/2022. Could do better F. Hinds.
We bought our wedding bands and had a pearl necklace restrung. We went in concerned about what type of wedding band was better and durable for our working hands. The staff member in store obviously had training in jewelry was able to put our concern to ease and gave us guidance. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service.
Excellent customer service! Went with my 6 year old to get her ears pierced. They were very thorough and very gentle. They made a big fuss of her afterwards which ensured we left with a very proud little girl. They even made the effort to write out a certificate for her to take home. I then returned for the free check 6 weeks later. They were more than happy to do this even though I never booked! Would highly recommend the woking store.
My 6 year old granddaughter has wanted to have her ears pierced for a year, today's the day! Granddaughter was afraid it was going to hurt,.... The girl doing the piercing was so patient with her, also the Irish lady assistant. Many places would have said leave it for another day but because she kept saying she wanted it done they persevered and with their kindness gentle persuasion and calm caring way, the ears are pierced and we have one very happy six year old. Granddaughter was presented with a certificate. Such kindness should be noted it is the shop assistants going that extra mile that keep the stores going Price was vert good we will be returning to buy new earrings. Thank you to the staff at F.Hinds in Woking you were angels.
What an experience! Actually saved my day. The only jewellers who not only mended my rings but also at a great price. As an Asian origin we normally wear 22ct and f hinds with great pleasure repaired and remodeled my rings where every other jeweller refused to . Thank you F Hinds. You've done a great job .
