When I was returning an item the women was giving me a lot of attitude as I was only asking questions, the customer service was not as good as it could’ve been! I am very disappointed this has happened twice now!
I was amazed by the customer service offered by Shauwn, he was wearing a lab coat and working but he didn't hesitate to help me and gave me great advice. Best experience ever in a jewellery.
Good price and good quality
Visited this Warren James store twice now. In comparison to other branches I haven't been impressed with their customer service. Last week with my husband the lady serving us seemed like she couldn't really be bothered. When I visited wjth my friend a couple months ago to look into a ring resizing for her - the staff were just plain rude, treated us as though we had made some ridiculous request and contradicted absolutely everything they had told her fiance regarding returns or resizing when he bought the ring.
Hi folks, this jewelers is really good, I've been to and bought a few things from both the Glasgow and Paisley shops. The items are so nice, some cheap some expensive but trust me worth it. Even if you're looking for a wee minding or something more meaningful, go In even for a look. Both myself and my daughter love the jewellery I've bought. Happy shopping.
Love buying jewellry gifts here this is an amazing place especially if you want to save on wedding rings etc. I got two beautiful necklaces for my daughters as they love wearing silver jewellry and also got them a ring as well saved over £100.00 got them all gift boxed and gift bagged fir a little bit extra money. Very happy with service staff are always polite friendly and helpful.
Went in looking for a girls conformation gift. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but due to the advice of the staff and their local knowledge, I managed to pull together exactly what I needed by purchasing from them and another store. Excellent customer service got them a sale when otherwise they would've got none. Highly recommend a visit to the store if you are needing a jewellers.
Really disappointed with the service at Warren James. My fiancé purchased a beautiful engagement ring last November which is unfortunately too big for me. Warren James did not have the size I needed in stock and told us to just go to a jeweller to get it resized. Very disappointed we were not offered another solution merely passing the problem on to someone else. Steph and Phil
Great for gifts for anytime of the year also good value for money
Made up prices to make you think that you are getting a bargain.... staff are good and the run a good efficient operation but not really my cup of tea.
