Warner Goodman handled the conveyancing for the sale of our rental property.
After previous experiences of always having to chase solicitors it was refreshing to be constantly kept updated with the progress of the sale.
Some minor issues with the sale were dealt with promptly and Warner Goodman ensured the sale progressed swiftly and completed by the target date we aimed for.
We will definitely used Warner Goodman again and would recommend them to anyone.

These are the worst solicitors we have ever dealt with. Whilst it's too late for us hopefully others can choose their solicitors very carefully.

Your response is factually incorrect. The department in question did not address my concerns or resolve the issue. They helped whilst the person in question was on holiday but they handed it back to him upon his return. The poor service then just started again forcing me to write again which would suggest it was not really taken seriously.

Rather than saying sorry we did not meet your expectations, implying they were too high and you had done nothing wrong, it would be better to accept and acknowledge your shortcomings and then people might just believe you are serious about customer service.

I was using service for first time/mortgage/lease hold flat purchase. They had not done their homework at all . For exmaple - they asked me to make my own building insurance, while later on invoice i found that i have to pay for building insurance (another one)as it is requerement per lease hold contract. If i would not pay attention - would end up paying for 2 insurances. For me the service was very average, i had to call multiple times to get updates on progress. Would not recommend for a friend.

I have found Warner Goodman, extremely helpful, and courteous during some difficult times and I would recommend them to anyone wanting an extremely organised and sensibly priced Law firm.
