Beverley Gent at Churchers has been working on my case with me for the last couple of years. My case has been complicated, unusual and involved alot of time, gathering of evidence and negotiation. In all aspects Beverley has gone above and beyond, making sure every aspect and angle was covered ready for the hearing. Despite her heavy work load and lots of cases being heard that week,  she attended my full hearing alongside my Barrister and was there to support every step of the way. Beverley’s knowledge,  expertise and encouragement  made me confident in going forward with my case and we have achieved a very positive result.  On my first case,  I worked with Dan Norris and this case was over three years. From our first meeting to the outcome, Dan could not have been more supportive and guided me through every step of the way. His attention to detail and guidance as to what we needed to focus on lead me to the best positive outcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Dan and he always kept me up to date and informed on anything I needed to know. He selected a great Barrister for my case.  I cannot recommend Dan & Beverley and the team more. Both of them put so much into my cases and their expertise has resulted in a new future for me.

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Michelle Lowe and her team - namely Atti.  They are really efficient, professional and keep you informed at all times.  If you are looking for solicitors to deal with your house sale then this team deliver.  A truly stress free experience for me.

Called to discuss obtaining probate for my late partner,was advised that the person that I needed to speak to was not available and that I could be put through to their voice mail and they would call me back. Since then which was almost 4 weeks ago I have had no call back at all. In the end I have gone to someone else who actually responded to my query. I would not recommend!

We have just finished a long and difficult house buying process which would have been so much more difficult if we hadn't had Michelle and Atti working hard and going above and beyond for us.  Michelle is very responsive, keeps you informed and has a wonderful knowledgeable and calm manner which is reassuring and supportive.  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

I could not recommended Rachel Roberts from Churchers enough, she was very helpful and professional and could not do enough to help us in the situation and circumstances we found ourselves in. Rachel helped my partner and myself feel as relaxed as possible in a stressful situation and explained everything thoroughly so we could understand fully the position we were in.
