We are so grateful for this practice being nearby, such a life saver! They saw my daughter who wasn’t registered with anyone but they were really helpful and friendly and facilitated a new registration for her so easily. Thank you!
My wife was late by 5 minutes and they struck her off. She had missed an appointment by accident due to her work schedule and just plain forgetting like we can all do. Never missed an appointment before and has never been late for over the 15 years she has been going. The receptionist was rude and unpleasant. She was told that she had to pay private now she had been struck off the NHS register and when she did pay the private fee to rearrange the appointment, she was then told that the dentist would have seen her anyway. I myself have been going for under 30 years and and it has progressively gotten worse with rude staff and prices that do not reflect the treatment. I would rather pay a mechanic with a pair of pliers than go back there!
There a Disappointing dental practice, where the professionals and managers don’t take patient care and communication seriously. Appointments get cancelled last minute, even when time is taken off work to attend. Overall Walrus dental care needs shutting down. There receptionist are also very rude and unhelpful.

Avoid ! Worse place ever.Always waiting for appointments 20-40min from the actual appointment time. My child had an appointment with a new doctor and it is the first time I saw him. He was very bad sulky . when we entered he told us where are you from and my child was afraid of him he said to her what is wrong with you. He started cleaning her tooth and he was blaming her in an angry way and told her no more sweets, his method was very bad. Finally, I do not recommend it at all. However, I will complain to the doctor in any way, because he has no right to treat us with such racism.
Really friendly dental practice. All the dentists I have seen have been excellent. Never had a problem getting an appointment either.
