We stayed for two nights after stumbling upon Michael and his lovely dairy farm. The facilities were great, clean and practical, with amazing showers! Very friendly, particularly for families. With fires allowed and plenty of firewood for sale! Will definitely return for a few days in the future and would highly recommend it to people looking for a quiet and truly authentic rural spot in the best of the west country!

Such a peacefull place. We have been there in 2015 for four days (2 adults, 2 children) and it were one of the best days we had during our England trip. Farmer Michael was very friendly and campsite was very calm and tidy.

I was cycling LEJOG and this camp site was a great find. Exactly what I wanted. £8 for me and my small tent suited me fine. Nice showers too.

Fantastic campsite. The owner is friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Relaxed attitude, not too many rules. Great for a cheap get away.

We stayed in the Hobit hut. We got there the stove had been lit for us. We had our own compost toilet. The owners are lovely people. I will be back again asap.
