Lovely food and great service. Went during restaurant week and they had a special set menu, but there is a standard set menu normally for during the week. Very good value for money.
Always a great experience here! Beautiful food, lovely staff, and a wonderful atmosphere/environment. Thoroughly enjoyed the squid ink and fish risotto while my friend thought the lamb shoulder was perfect. Have been here many times and shall continue to do so!

Just had a takeaway, was absolutely beautiful. My mum had a Sunday roast and ate every last morsel which is rare for her and my lamb was extremely tender. And the sticky toffee pudding has to be the best in York I have had definitely 10/10 and will definitely be ordering from you again and recommend you to anyone.
A very poor representation of boeuf bourguignon but the red mullet with risotto wad excellent
Just had Sunday lunch. By far the best Sunday lunch in York. Great staff and service. Will be seeing you again soon.
