We have recently had a great experience here after being let down by a big name company. The staff are friendly, and we were able to buy two white goods appliances with free delivery 2 days after purchase for one item and one that they allowed us collect there and then as we were in great need of the appliance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and we will definitely be using them again in the future should we need them. Thank you!
Looking for a new washing machine, bought a Fridge and Telly there before. Alwsys freindly no pressure selling. Always a good variety of appliances. Great shopping experience.
Walls is an excellent electronic store. It provides very good customer service with attention to detail. The staff are friendly, professional and approachable. The prices are reasonable too because it's linked to Euronics. There's free parking near the store as well. I have no hesitation in recommending them with 5 stars.
Our ancient fridge freezer couldn’t cope with the recent exceptionally hot weather and needed to be replaced urgently. A quick visit to Wall’s and expert advice from Neil helped us choose a new one. This was delivered the next day by Neil and Mark who took a lot of trouble to remove the old one and fit the new one to our complete satisfaction. Great price too! Many thanks.
I thought I needed a new integrated fridge/freezer so visited Walls to purchase a new one. Their fitter visited my home first and within 2 minutes spotted that my existing fridge/freezer wasn’t sealing properly when the doors closed because the original kitchen fitters hadn’t installed it properly 6 years ago and some brackets hadn’t been fitted so the unit was moving in the cupboard unit. Hi got his screwdriver out, sorted the problem out and told me where to fit a couple of brackets to sort the problem out. No charge and 100% honest advice and fridge freezer seems to be working fine now. You really don’t come across this level of service much nowadays. Go here first before you’re tempted to buy online is my advice!
Great service, kind and knowledgeable. Helped me out when in a real Christmas pickle with a broken fridge freezer. Provided a small “loan” unit and sourced a new replacement to fit an awkward space in the New Year. Proper, good old fashioned customer service, attention and problem solving. Thank you.
Well done to Toby and the delivery team.. Excellent product knowledge, a fantastic buying experience. We originally visited to look for a cooker, thanks to Toby's positive approach and professional sales experience he helped us choose the perfect one. Whilst browsing the showroom I spotted a nice Bosch washing machine..on our return home we phoned straight back and following Toby's advice and having a good old sales barter we ordered one along with a matching tumble dryer. We now have 3 new amazing products from Walls.. This is really the place to go if you are thinking about replacing any appliances. The delivery team were on time, professional and couldn't of been more helpful. Highly recommended 10/10..
We got let down by currys for a fridge freezer, it never turned up. Went to currys they said it hasn't arrived in the country yet so cancelled order and went to Walls. Mr Wall had the same fridge freezer in stock six days later it was delivered, the delivery guys were brilliant. Thank-you Walls we'll be seeing you for all our appliances in future 5 BRILLIANT!!
Dont bother with the big boys. Local far better. Dishwasher installation on the same day I phoned. An old house and never simple but was all completed and no washing up tonight!
Thanks to everyone at Walls Electrical for outstanding service during Covid lockdown. My fridge freezer packed up, so tried all the big name companies, but they would only deliver to my front door, which was no good as i live in a first floor apartment. Rang Walls, and within 3 hours they had delivered and installed new fridge freezer,and taken the old one away, saving all my frozen food. Thanks Toby and staff for fantastic service. Would recommend you to anyone, and my first call next time.
