Lovely and helpful service, also the staff are fairly objective and don't try to sell you stuff that doesn't fit or look good on you. Gives 15% student discounts as well. Has a decent suit selection for different body types and a very good shirt selection. Always a pleasure.

Excellent service. The staff couldn't be more helpful. They are knowledgeable and know what good service is. I would highly recommend the tailor me suit if you are getting married the results are amazing.

DO NOT BUY - RUDE STAFF, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a suit in Leamington spa store. I tried on two trousers in store and ask the sale assistant to take the regular length trouser to counter with suit, while I was still wearing the small length trouser. I came home, wore the suit only for 20 minutes and noticed the trouser a bit short, so next day I took it back to store only to be told it's not the right size trouser but a small fit and they can't have it refunded since its been worn. Now they want additional alteration charges. I tried to explain it to manager that you gave me the wrong size trouser but he told me that I should have checked it again before made the payment. No customer service at all. Once they've taken the payment they couldn't care less about actually giving you what you've paid for. Was a repeat customer but will now never buy from them again. Do not use this shop or company. I wish the staff should be fired soon!!

Really good selection of items these days but the staff are a bit too "in your face" for my liking.

Questionable. The manager/senior decided to start folding returned shirts on my £500 new suit. They messed up the alterations of my trousers on the eve of my father's funeral and although they sorted it the manager was abrupt and didn't even acknowledge my saying thank you for sorting the issue out. I don't think I'll be going back.
