Visited this store last week with both my mom and dad in search for the perfect mother of bride outfit for my sisters wedding. Had a wonderful experience, both Hayley&Nicki were brilliant, super helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We came away with a fabulous dress and all the accessories to match. Couldn’t recommend this shop enough for your special occasion. We will definitely be back! Thank you once again! and lovely to meet you all xx
Went looking for an evening dress for a cruise in Revolve. Very disappointed with the customer service. 2 ladies gossiping and basically just ignored us. Tried on a dress which was no good & was interested in what else they had. The lady didn't even look she just said haven't got anything in that size which was hard to believe. The clothes were crammed on the rails and not in the correct size. Whoever the owner is you need to train the staff to stop gossiping, offer a better service and at least try an upsell. Left without buying nothing but would have been happy to support the independent shop, if only they were interested.
I have been shopping for occasions dresses from Revolve for many years and have always managed to get something exclusive. The Team are very helpful, attentive, patient and always seeking to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their choice of purchase. The good news is you can get everything you need bag, shoes, and a hat if going for a wedding all under one roof. I highly recommend shopping here and will continue to do so for myself and family.

Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Not so much there for younger people every day wear, but some gorgeous prom dresses. Best to make an appointment if you are going to want help/ special occasion dresses but fine to browse everyday stuff downstairs. Not cheap but not over priced either
I went in today to collect a reserved jumper and decided to have a look at some of the clothing bring a curvey girl 16/18 I did not expect to find much clothing that would fit but totally impressed by the Shop Assistant, who I wish I had asked her name but was so friendly and I did not feel rushed and showed me a few items I might like . I will be definitely be going back and telling my friends of my lovely shopping experience
Starting to look for mother of the groom dress. Thought I would pop in and have a look. Big mistake, huge! Came out nearly in tears. Made to feel like Vivian out of Pretty Woman so unfriendly and rude. Practically showed me the door. Awful experience
Lovely experience of accompanying my daughter to choose a prom dress. Book an appointment and the ladies will take care of you. Lots of beautiful dresses.
Market quality. Due to faulty stitching on zip the seem ripped down the back of a fitted dress just in time for my daughter to get out the car at her prom! Revolve argued with me when I complained. They would not refund the faulty item but instead offered a half refund and took the dress back! I think that actually breaches consumer rights with refunds for faulty items not fit for purpose. This was 5 years ago but I still feel bitter ! And my daughter still misses her prom dress that was taken from her.
