It was busy, but I was triaged within 20 minutes of arriving and then seen by a nurse practitioner around an hour later. Everyone was nice and helpful. No complaints here!
Just attended walk in centre. Reception staff all lovely and caring . Seen by Yvonne triage practitioner nurse who was amazing . From being and feeling really run down and sore to leaving feeling listened to, looked after and cared for , stats taken great advice . Thank you so much for all your care and understanding .
Went in here and waited 4hrs to be seen she then said she was sending a prescription to the pharmacy went pharmacy and they did not have the prescription I waited and hour in the pharmacy. Was sent back to the walk in centre to be told she sent it pharmacy again to go back to the pharmacy and them saying they still don't have it as Yvonne has not sent it. Wasted 6hrs now for nothing.
Partner had suspected tonsillitis, only wanted some antibiotics, where left waiting for two hours with everyone coughing, not a tissue in sight,...and they wonder how they're getting ill .....are obviously some good staff you just wonder what's going on half the time ?!.......just edited because we are still here!!... calling people out who have left already , two and a half hours for some antibiotics. Some kind of joke , surely, and if your reading this and you work here, get off your phone and do your job .
Went into wallasey walk-in today All staff extremely professional friendly and helpful.nReceptionist was a credit to the nhs excellent at dealing with people putting them at ease well done .nSeen by triage nurse , minor injury nurse and x-ray staff again very friendly and helpful.nWell done wonderful service Thankyou.
