Newly employed as a band 5 nurse. I have found edgewater to be a very supportive environment for both staff and service users. The training is fantastic and very comprehensive. I have been really impressed with the company as it really is service user focused and all decisions are made for the best of each person living within the service.nSarah home manager has worked hard to cultivate a safe and empowering environment. I am really happy I decided to apply for Edgewater! If anyone is thinking about working for exemplar I'd sat go for it! And if any family members are considering edgewater or any exemplar home foe their loved ones, I can assure you that the care is second to none and the service users truly are at the heart of the company.
