Disgustingly understaffed, severe language barriers with foreign agency workers who disappear at a moments notice, ignoring their tasks, leaving those in their care without basic food or water for long periods of time. Clear and blatant neglect of residents who are left in their beds for long periods of time. The management are rude and belligerent, mostly sitting around doing nothing. They are causing already vulnerable and sickly people to deteriorate faster, and that is not a dramatization, I'm appalled.
My dad went here for rest bite rooms are bare and minimal, sitting room dark and dull, I did not see any interaction with patients all just sitting around, my dad was in the same chair when I went in the morning and still in the same place when I went back in the afternoon, 2 ladys calling for the toilet for 40 mmins mins which is shocking Male carer just sitting behind us wrighting never got up to see if they were ok took a nurse going passed to inform him they were shouting for the toilet other things I witnessed while I was there took my dad out after 3 days
Unsafe.
