Lovely building - South Ayrshire Council do a great job
Ayr is a beautiful town and visitors are welcome. Some beautiful architecture visible on the tower. Unfortunately cannot tour the tower due to to it being unsafe above public access point. Love the area.
Was actually in council office sorting out bus pass for a disabled client.. Staff were polite and helpful... what more can you ask for?
Went in for an appointment to discuss helping me with further educational courses. They were brilliant, had loads of information and were friendly and helpful
It's a nice place, for paying your council tax.
What can i say lovely building just a shame it full of council workers that cant be bother to help you so just say whatever they feel even when it poor rubbish there talking pull your finger out south Ayrshire council and train you staff to actually help people instead of telling utter lies
To make complaints and was partly dealt with..The staffs were helpful but the main complaint is yet to be resolved. How I wish there is value for money!
Managed to get some good help and get my benefits sorted from the South Ayrshire Council office based at Wallace Tower
