Me and my wife have been looking for a local bar to have a quiet drink and we found it at The Wallace Bar. The bartender who was on Friday morning was both friendly and funny and a handful of customers at the bar were friendly and welcoming. ~GlennService: 5/5
I have only been in once but food was nice and pity about one of the females called Judith that has and is currently having an affair behind my back but she wants to leave there to go and work for the knights down at the ferry as she is getting hassle in the Wallace thankyou enjoy your dayFood: 5/5
Went for lunch today with the family, got macaroni cheese for myself and the kids. Smelled like sour/off milk and tasted off. Kids didn’t eat macaroni either. Waste of moneyFood: 1/5
Wonderful wee place for lunch. Quite quaint with checked tables with flowers on. Staff went above and beyond to please! We both had the steak pie - homemade and gorgeous! Too full for pud but fancied the warm apple pie with ice cream!! Being diabetic put an end to that thought!! Very reasonably priced with a vast menu. Will definitely return!
Popped in last week, first time for a long time. Good was excellent both had steak pie home made and piping hot also a wee bottle of rose wine. Pub was warm and cosy and staff very friendly, highly recommended
Went to the Wallace bar last night for my nephews 50th birthday celebration. Would like to Thank Stevie, Carol and Gerry, for a truly fantastic night. Meal was excellent, bar service. Excellent and meal service Excellent The Atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. It's so hard to find a pub that has this atmosphere and the service this pub has. Great Team Work you are a fantastic team. 15 out of 10 guys.

Fabulous place to go for food. Famed for their steak pie. While the decor and furnishings are a bit old and worn the staff are very friendly and welcoming and there is a lovely atmosphere in the Lounge area. Parking just outside at back. And bus stop just outside.
After an unexpected dinner at the wallace bar, so glad I went to meet family the fish and chips were amazingFood: 5/5
