Great location, clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was not the best. I ordered a beef steak medium rare and it was in two parts, one was rare and the other well done so probably the chef is still training, but that doesn't make good impression to the customers. Everything else was OK.Food: 3/5
The food was so yummy and the staff are awesome, super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back soon! Parking: There's plenty of spaces and for disabled Kid-friendliness: There is toy machines and tv
I had the pleasure of being served by Valerie during my recent visit to the projectionist, and I couldn't be more impressed by her exceptional service. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel right at home. She was attentive without being overbearing and checking in just the right amount of times. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she made excellent recommendations that really enhanced our dining experience. Food was fast, efficient which made the excllent food even more enjoyable. It's rare to come across somewhere which not only meets but exceeds expectations in such a busy environment. Great experience and so memorable, and I look forward to returning because of the great service and food on offer Highly recommend!
Lovely meal, can't fault the value for money at all. The two for 13.99 deal is the best food deal around. Food was roasting hot and well presented. Every staff member was really nice, approachable and friendly. Service was prompt and clearing plates was really fast. Overall great experience, not many places you can have 2 meals and drinks for under £20 nowadays. Vegetarian options: Great veggie options. Labelled well. Different to the usual veggie offerings you see most places.
Had a nice lunch with my friends, chilled atmosphere, facilities clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Good pub food.Food: 5/5
The best thing to do is to compare this to the other option next door, Wetherspoons. And I’m rating this relative to other ‘greasy spoon’ lower priced establishments. Versus spoons: The food is better The service is better The wine is better The decor is better The place is cleaner The coffee is nowhere near as good So four stars relatively, as a cheaper chain I f sleazy food. We had the breakfast 3 times now and it was very good for a restaurant of this standard. I particularly liked the tattie scone. Could use better gluten free and dairy free options, and not offering decaf coffee is a shocker. As a haiku: Posher greasy spoon Hot tattie scones are so good Give me decaf please Dietary restrictions: Not a great selection for dairy free or gluten free.
We were out celebrating my paps 70th birthday. We had a great time celebrating here. The staff were very friendly, especially Cathrine. The food was great and the atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend. Kid-friendliness: The lady Cathrine was exceptional. She was great with my son who is five, she took great care of my family also. We will definitely return.
We came as a group & staff had our seating organised, ready to take drinks orders & our food was delivered efficiently & was delicious. Each staff member interacted with our group, they were polite, smiling, informative of menu Parking: Parking is very close to main door & there is plenty of spaces available Wheelchair accessibility: We had no difficulty manoeuvring wheel chair around tables
Visited here on a shopping trip to braehead. It was a Saturday night, fairly busy. The menu was large enough to find something for everyone, also had a kids menu and a vegetarian menu. Excellent value for money. I had the horseshoe of onion rings to start and a battered chicken strip sizzler for my main. The service was quick and very friendly. The food was piping hot when It came out which I find is rare when eating out. The meal was brilliant, the beat I've had in a long time when dining out. It's only a cpl of minutes walk from the shopping center and a few minutes from the nearby travel lodge. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Brilliant for families as there are wee booths you can reserve that play movies. very family friendly place
Music was soft and sutble, service from ordering food to delivery of food. The staff were very friendly and kind, making sure all our condiment needs were taken care of. Fantastic service xFood: 5/5
