Great bar right next to the ski slope, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely food, tasty and nice beers, recommended.
What they serve is not spätzle. It’s more like store bought macaroni with canned cheese sauce dumped over it and a chopped up breakfast sausage. Beer is fine, but would not get food there again.
Really disappointed. Arrived at 5pm on a Sunday evening for a drink, kids especially looking forward to hot chocolate. Told hot chocolate machine offline due to deep clean. No straight beers available either. Got a drink. Sat for a bit. Last ordered shouted at 530pm. Door closed at 545pm. People turned away. No food on offer, kitchen shut. Atmosphere non existent. Shame really as good view and plenty of people on slope. Two stars for the view tbh.
Arrived on a Saturday tea time and surprised how quiet it was compared to the popularly branded eating places on the ground floor. Menu is quite limited. Pizza was a bit too crusty for me but otherwise ok. Staff seemed undermanned, however very pleasant. Quite relaxing watching skiers and listening to good music. So yes it was a good escape for a Saturday and would be good for meeting mates for a few beers but slightly disappointed in menu and lack of staff. Otherwise it would be more stars.
staff helpful and friendly. fast service for a busy amazing restraunt. kid friendly lots to see
Doesn't deserve even one star, a hateful place with a buffoon for a manager....and buffoon is being generous.
Absolutely shocking! The overpriced food was tasteless and served in a polystyrene burger van trays. I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and clearly didn't care. Bar staff were arguing with the manager behind the bar in front of customers, with the manager refusing to open the second till even though there was a very large queue and people waiting for long periods when they could have been skiing. An all round terrible experience, and next time I'm at Snow Factor/ Braehead intu Centre, I will certainly not be back.
What a brilliant place. My daughter and I took my two grandchildren age 5 and 4 there for a coffee and juice. We were welcomed by Adi who was very friendly and efficient. He pointed us in the direction of the soft play for the children and we signed them in and they were given a wristband and went off to play while we had our coffee. We decided to stay for lunch and the menu was good. Their children’s menu was really good. We will definitely return. A extra special mention about Adi who was absolutely superb. He asked the children to come and make their own ice creams which they loved and made sure everyone was having an excellent time. 5 stars for Adi
The food is just alright, while the staff is not that kind. I visited the shop twice because it's near the indoor sking site. For both days the staff is not attentive, I have to call the waiter multiple times to get the bill. For second day, the food is served after 40mins, while there are less than 5 customer in the resturant. Requested drinks and the waiter just miss it. The attitude is like, hey, we try to be polite but please don't bother us, go somewhere find food.
Absolutely fantastic wee place, was in today Wednesday having a well deserved tea and maybe a cake! as I watched my kids go sledging in Snow Factor. The guys were so lovely, enjoyed a good wee chat with them. The menu appeared a bit pricey on first glance however I didn't order any food so can't comment how it tasted. Tonight it was friendly, welcoming, tidy and great staff. What more can you ask for?
