Been visiting this branch every week for a year now, using a mix of services for my business parcels. The staff are always genuinely friendly, polite, and happy to help with anything I need. The whole team knows me by name and seem to have the same relationship with most of the locals, so it's a really nice branch to visit.
Very rude staff. Answered back and rolled her eyes at me when I was confused about the price as the one I had seen online was different. After searching I realised the online price is cheaper than over the counter which was my mistake but there was no need to act the way she did especially when it is her job to help customers. At least I know I don’t have to go back there again to sort out my postage :

Nice post office in the area, lovely and helpful staff. Used this place few times and always friendly, smiley faces. Every time I went it wasn’t busy, the queue went fast. Usually park in Tesco’s car park and walk across the shopping centre as you can’t park outside of it, double yellow. Just wanted to say thank you for the great job you do, keep it up
Just want to say how wonderful the staff are at this post office, always ready to help regardless of what your doing. Used the passport service and the lady was able to answer all my questions and got my passport back before my holiday. Cannot recommend this post office highly enough, thank you ladies fior always being great.
Lazy staff. Small place with no privacy. Incompetent not professional at all .. They don't want to do anything. just tell you use this do this but you have to pay for it. The postal service in the UK is a creepy thing
Whilst it is a shame that the post office closed its original location. The in-store Post office is probably more efficient that it was in its own location.
Very rude staff. Unbelievable attitude. Started with "yer wot?" when she couldn't hear what I was saying, then shouting at me for just asking a question about a form. Customer service skills training desperately needed, here!
Absolutely appalling service, if I could rate minus stars I would! I've been many times due to it being my closest post office, but most recently, I was sending a large package and wasn't really sure what the procedure was so I went up to ask to make sure I was doing it right. It was a simple yes/no question but the lady at the register snapped at me and was extremely rude and condescending. Told me I would need to purchase a stamp and she could "try chucking it in without one but it wouldnt get very far would it?" no sh*t sherlock! Every time I have been here the staff are rude, ignore you, yet happy to chat amongst themselves whenever they feel like it. Plenty of people who need jobs right now who could do much better than these lot.
was lovely service when in the town centre, now it’s been moved to bolton road there’s only ever 1 counter open, and a queue outside in the rain, did all the other staff get made redundant? The consultation result for the move was overwhelming concern from local residents that Bolton Road would be constantly blocked by cars pulled up outside, this was ignored and surprise! Bolton road is constantly blocked 8-6 all day every day. Great job!
