DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE!!! We had the most horrendous experience here and they turned us away with our post??!!! We bought stamps online with Royal mail so that we could simply drop off our items at the post office. We walked in and their people said that they would not make any money off of us, so turned us away abruptly. Their service and attitude was atrocious; after trying to get a reasoning out of them, nothing was solved and we had to drive out of our way to a different post office that was still open. What is the point of buying stamps online when post offices like these don't even accept them? Absolutely horrific experience, worst service, everyone was just downright rude!
Great post office, we use it all the time. Lovely couple who run it and never had a problem.
The worst customer service I’ve ever come across from the man that owns this shop. I had mistakenly not put the address on the packaging and was called thick, shouted at and swore at and I was on my own with my 4 month old baby. I have lodged a complaint with the post office and will never use this one again. Looking at previous reviews I’m not the only one that’s received poor service, it’s disgusting.
Been taking Business Post here regularly for several years and have received great service apart from just from just 1 staff member on 1 occasion who I try to avoid now.
If you live local, have travel difficulties, can’t drive, you have to accept all rude behaviour from this post office, you can’t complain otherwise you have to either take taxi or walk over 1 hours to other post office. I tried to drop off my paid parcels to them, the men refused to take my parcels said he can’t make money from paid parcels, I complained to post office. When I went to this post office again to post parcels, the men shouted me to go out to other post office, because I complained him before, I totally lost my right to use my local post office. It’s fake post office.

Our Local family business has used this post office now for nearly 10 years. Harsha and Dip make visiting the place so lovely, with there friendly smiley faces. Can't do enough to help. Thanks for being making such a lovely local post office guys the place wouldn't be the same without you both.

What an awful experience! He made our disabled daughter cry. He shouted at me down the phone and is obviously angry at Royal Mail but taking it out on his customers. Formal complaint is being made. DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!! The post master is rude, arrogant and a bully!!
Having gone in this post office today i have never known anybody to be so rude in my life. What a horrible man. How this man has any customers at all is beyond me. If he carries on talking the way he does, he will have no customers at all and the post office will close. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
