Very large shop, staff extremely helpful, if only other shops had toilets of this standard. Sushi far too expensive.nAs I have walking difficulties I would appreciate a map or good isle signage.nFor the first time ever I have found a shop that sells a Christmas turkey ready meals that you can microwave, well done Waitrose.nP.S. I hadn't noticed the Christmas turkey ready meal needed thawing, unlike most ready meals, until I was about to eat it
surprisingly poor selection, many of the brands are exactly the same as aldi/lidl just much more expensive.nMore so the customer service is exceptionally poor. The younger members of staff are friendly and helpful but the older members of staff would struggle to be more rude if they tried, incredibly hostile for no reason and very unwelcoming.
Coffee was nice young man that served me was very pleasant and welcoming at the time he was putting up a Christmas tree. As soon as I walk in he said hello and he would be with me shortly. He asked what I would like I only wanted a coffee and charged me. He explained he would wash his hands before he made me my coffee and if I would like to take a seat he would bring me my coffee over. Only thing I would day in was on a very bitter cold evening and it was blowing cold air through the vents. I would have liked to take my coat off but as it was so cold in there I had to keep my coat on so in a way glad I did not order any food.
Lovely place to shop but a little on the expensive side. Lovely cafe. Lovely staff. Its just the toilets that let it down, they are often out of order and dirty.
High-quality supermarket. Great coffee in the coffee machine and pizza.
