Been using Waitrose delivery for a few months now and cannot fault them! Prices are reasonable and actually cheaper than other supermarkets for a full shop! Highly recommend for quality around. Delivery drivers are so friendly and efficient.
I always drop by here after work to buy bits and pieces. It is so calm and not chaotic , but still busy as people come and goes . I also like the idea that they keep it simple and easy to navigate where the stuff you want to buy , that saves you the time .nClean and organise , even the staff working in there , you can sense their pride in working in there .
Always clean and tidy, the staff are that wee bit friendlier than some other stores. Dropped a star as there always seems to be empty shelves for large sections.nOtherwise, a handy in town store.
Took my curtains to dry clean to Waitrose in Hereford and paid almost £700. Awful service and ruined curtains - this has been the worst dry cleaning ever!!! First, the members of staff told me I could only park for free for up to 15mins ONCE, I.e. to EITHER drop off OR collect the curtains, NOT BOTH! Then, the staff called me the next day saying I had to come back because they forgot to give me some papers to sign…then, on collection, they gave some of my curtains back and some were some one else’s! The curtained were creased into balls and bagged, NOT FOLDED!!! When I unpacked them, I was literally horrified…missing buttons, ruined stitches on nearly all of them…what on earth???? These were expensive curtains and I paid so much money for the dry cleaning expecting a high standard of care and skill!!! I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy.
Staff who follow you around suspecting you of stealing make it obvious and it is VERY offputting especially if you are alone, feel like a criminal. Very clean and labelled neatly, ladies at the butchers are the sweetest!
