I was in the store last week when my grandson mislaid something he had just bought. The assistance we received in finding it was excellent. I’d like to thank Joe, Kathy and Debbie for going above and beyond in helping us find it. It is attitudes like theirs that are sadly missing in this world. Thank you very much to the three of you.
I use this Tesco nearly every day as I work in the town centre. I completely understand challenge 25 and people have to do their job but some common sense should be used too. The amount of times I have been refused an energy drink is getting absolutely ridiculous. Im 25 and covered in tattoos and in smart work uniform, clearly not under the age of 16. Your staff take too much pride in inconveniencing people and it shows.
Do not go here in a motorhome! No warnings about the 2 meter height limit until you're at it, as you turn off the busy main road. No where else to go, so had to back out of the entrance onto the main road. A warning sign on the main road needed.
Big Tesco, much like any other. Parking very tight and disorganised. If you use the parking you need to spend over £5 and remember to get the extra bit of paper with the special barcode.
This has to be one of the worst Tesco stores I have been too. Don't waste your time, and just drive a little longer to Tesco Belmont where it's free to park. The parking is confusing on purpose, as it's clearly designed to benefit the parking company. The store itself really needs some love, as everything was very outdated. Felt like I'd stepped back into a Tesco from 1990. Overall, okay. First time, and for sure shall be the last.
