A great place to shop. Can be expensive but you are paying for quality. The Waitrose Essentials range is very good also. The staff are lovely and helpful - very friendly! James is a sweetheart and greets everyone! The cafe is nice too, clean and comfortable.

This store boasts two floors of private parking, so it's a convenient place to shop. It's a decent sized store and laid out with wide aisles. Products are top quality as one would expect from the John Lewis group. Prices reflect the quality, so you do end up paying a little more than in other supermarkets. However, they have a no-frills, "everyday essentials" range which is cheaper, and to be honest, is better than the standard ranges of other supermarkets.

Waitrose used to be my favourite supermarket. However now you can't have your coffee on your way around whilst you shop...that was a great USP! They also tell you you can pick your offers, but then only on the products they want you to buy...! Better quality food in M&S!

Very pretentious and overpriced for what was initially a Safeway. Odd location, judgemental staff and the coffee area is completely filthy all the time. You'd have thought that whoever refilled the coffee would have the brains to have a wipe down whilst they are there. Simply doesn't happen! Full of OAPs queing to fill up there flasks with coffee. Get yourself a waitrose card, buy a single bannana for under 20 p and then get a coffee "Free" just make sure you don't touch the surrounding dirty area ha!

Very helpful and friendly staff, have shopped he for some years now, have tried home delivery but had a few issues so shop instore now. In store cafe plus restrooms available. Pick your times as it can be extremely busy.
