Large assortment of goods, but prices are more expensive than in other shops. The same product can differ from other shops by 0.30-0.60p. There's no one difference. The competitors have more choice. But all in all, it's just a normal shop
NEVER AGAINnNever again will I use this store, used it for the first time only to find out you have to use their car park Charging customers to shop in your store when you already have their custom? If it’s not owed by your company why is it you don’t have you own car park or come to an agreement with the council to not charged customers?nThen there was an issue with the ticket machine, called the number too many options to press and no one answers the phone. Manage to sort the issue out myself which took ten minutes. Then to top it off didn’t have the item I needed waste of time and effort and having to pay parking ticket. Should advertise it on your website you have to pay for parking. Will most definitely not be visiting here again.
Frustrating place to shop at... Parent and Child parking is taken up by non-parents all times of the day making it impossible to park with young ones. Staff are 50/50 in terms of how helpfulness / niceness, it can feel like an inconvenience to them shopping there, younger staff seem nicer but this is a subjective opinion. Range of organic food is okay but limited, prices are considerably higher than most supermarkets.
Went to Waitrose with my 2 year old and her friend, both of them fell over at one point in the store from running around. A very nice member of staff gave each of the kids a free packet of dairy milk buttons each. Thanks very much- great customer service
Great store, great produce, great staff. Awful parking most the day. So many customers have complained about the parking but ignored. Spaces are too small. Four stars if fixed this issue.
