I can't thank William R Shoes enough for finding me just the right shoes to wear.  I have problems with my feet swelling and I couldn't have had more help and advice.  Excellent friendly service.

I Love this shop, they provide an excellent service always welcoming and helpful. Nearly always buying some beautiful shoes from here, definitely choose William Rs for something unusual.

AVOID.  Their customer service is appalling and they will not refund your money if you have tried something on in the shop.  Disappointingly not an independent retailer with an interest in the local community
