We pop in often and sometimes stock levels are low but we’ve found a lot of the staff to be very friendly and helpful.nOutstanding service on the fish counter today from Drew, absolutely charming young man, professional, attentive, with impeccable manners.
Very clean store. Plenty of Parking with blue badge spaces.nThe cafe is exceptionally good. Great customer service and very good coffee. We especially enjoyed the almond croissant.nAs usual the prices are higher than the budget stores, but you get what you pay for.
I have been shopping in this store since it opened. The staff are lovely and helpful. If you shop at the right time there are some great bargains to be had. The problem in my eyes seems to be some of the other snooty shoppers. If you want quality it’s the place to go
Very disappointing. Waited for about five minutes for service at the fish counter no acknowledgment when the partner arrived he knew nothing about fish because @ge doesn’t eat fish”! As for shelf stacker with no uniform or identification…nNot what I expect from Waitrose.nAlso, not sure this is how fish should be packaged?
Staff not very helpful, also got order wrong with no apology. Lady behind counter was very dismissive to us and a number of other customers who asked for her help. Would not recommend.
