2nd time using store and 2nd time leaving empty handed. Compared to other Morrisons who actually have stock ready this Morrisons does not.nnI went to the hot food counter where you can get various chicken and male it a meal by adding chips, wedges etc but whilst they have all the chicken you can think of they do not have any chips or wedges which will apparently take 10-15 minutes to cook as they only have two fryers.nnI wasn't the only person who walked away as what is the point cooking all that chicken and then not having the option to make it a meal?nnMaybe its done like that to avoid having to serve customers if no one then wants it as makes zero sense why you would have one of the sides with one of the chickens available before cooking all the different chicken options
I love shopping at Morrisons in Glastonbury because the customer service is on point. There is always someone ready to assist when need be
Young guy serving at the cooked meats counter was very rude! Deliberately dawdling with pointless tasks while 3 customers waiting.nWhen served, he just threw the food onto the counter.nVery poor!
Constantly out of stock on so many items, checkouts are always under-staffed. A couple of the staff have been quite rude at the checkouts also. My local store definitely needs a management review. Customer service appalling. Many dodgy offers if you're not paying attention.
Large supermarket on the outskirts of Wells. Car park is strangely laid out on your first visit. Store was large and well stocked.
