Visited the store twice over Christmas. Both times sushi counter closed what I’d driven there for! with no sign explaining why or when they’d re open. Could still be closed for all I know! There were no checkouts open and a member of staff happily watched me struggle with a trolley load and a toddler at the self check-out. He seemed annoyed each time I asked for help as the bagging area was so full it wasn’t working correctly. You pay more for a better customer experience in a store like this.
Staff are always smiling & happy nothing is too much trouble Shoppers are also friendly, smile & speak which you don't get in many places these days.
Love this cafe. Perfect place to start your day. Unfortunately no hot food due to technical issues but still nice coffee and croissants as an alternative : fully recommend. Family friendly, amazing stuff and service.
Great shop, well stocked. Parking is lovely, lots of family spaces available and also electric car charging if required.
Opened today- it has a wide range of foods although not a huge freezer section. Good range of free from and vegetarian food. Has a community room and outside seating area.nHas a great essentials selection and plants area outside
