Muffins have always been a passion of mine... A delicacy of which needs to be prepared right for the confectionery's true elegance to shine. Even if one proportion of jam is off or misplaced chocolate chip you may as well throw it in the bin! So I am a true muffin connoisseur as you can see... BUT! What do i think of this place well... I simply ordered one muffin and it was by far the most above average muffin i've ever tasted in my life! So then! 4 stars an above average score for an above average muffin

A young lady from the stafF at muffin break in Castle quay (07.02.2018 around 5pm) was unpleasant, disrespectfully. She wasn't commercial at all. She was insolent. I used to come there but i will not come back anymore. This young lady need to be train to be commercial, respectful, There was no incident, she wasn't just work and serve. No polite, no hello, nothing, only a bad behaviour! I took to take away, and she didn't use a box only a plate, so i asked her to used a box and she sighs and she put them in badly so at home cakes were in poor condition!

The Muffin Brake is very lovely place and friendly staff work here .

If it was cheaper it would have 5 stars. Very yummy cake especially the coffee cake, big portions
