Love the service and the relax atmosphere. And important the quality coffee there.

Awful. The worse Costa I've ever been in. Upstairs is dirty. Staff passed comments on orders. One staff member returned from outside and didn't wash their hands. Extremely slow uninterested service. I won't be back to this one.

Don't know if it is their wages or what else but these people are very miserable here. Not even tips make them smile anymore. Not coming back again.
