Clean. Staff are friendly. Fair selection in food and confectionery, good frozen items selection. Limited parking and is a pain to get back on burnt ash lane after the give way as heavy traffic flow across. Parking at rear end one lane before waitrose (when going towards grove park) so could be easily missed. I still go regularly as food quality is great and is worth the trouble.

This is my local waitrose .Always long queues .Lots of staff about,but none of them seem to be doing anywork.Buying a pack of cigarettes or a lottery ticket can take anything up to 15 minutes.lots of empty shelves where the staff cannot be bothered to restock. if you do happen to visit,make sure you are not in a hurry.

It took another costumer to show me how to operate the self service machine as there seems to be a lot of managers walking around but only two checkers operating. I was not impressed. All I needed was a banch of flowers. 
Well you wanted to know.
