I come here for the passed 3 months since I started new job close by and I never seen anything like today . I was telling one of the staff that the machine didn’t give me change when this manager English older lady  came and stared berating the staff for not having empty baskets and not wearing a badge , I only had 10 mins before my shift so had no time to go queue for customers service , but the fact she was treating staff like they’re children bad ones too  and talking like that in front of customers doesn’t sit well with me cause I do similar job I’d never treat people like that in public or private. Absolutely disgusting. Never goin back

Don't park you car in this Sainsburys!nValidating machines don't work properly, when they're working not providing any proof of parking validation. Received a fine even for validated parking, appeal refused.

I was not aware that you had to validate the parking, didn't see any signs outside or inside. The staff never mentioned it. First large supermarket in London where this happens to me. Extremely expensive fine, please avoid.

I’ve been shopping at this store for years, but the past two weeks have been extremely disappointing and honestly quite concerning. Nearly all of the refrigerated products I’ve purchased recently have been spoiled even though they were still well within their expiration dates.nnI bought chicken twice, and both times it had already gone bad when I opened the package, despite having 4–5 days left before the “use by” date. I also bought kefir that wasn’t expired it had almost a month left yet when I drank half a cup, I noticed thick, yogurt-like clumps indicating it had spoiled.nnTo make matters worse, when I tried to return or exchange the spoiled chicken, the customer service representative implied that it might have gone bad at home instead of acknowledging the issue even though I had just opened the package and it was clearly not close to expiring. Instead of an apology or support, I felt dismissed.nnThe most alarming incident happened to my neighbor: they bought Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for their guests, and everyone who ate the ice cream got sick, while those who didn’t eat it felt fine. This strongly suggests there may be a problem with how cold-chain products are being stored or transported.nnI’m sharing my experience because I believe customers should be aware and check refrigerated items very carefully. I truly hope the store addresses these serious cold-storage and product-handling problems as soon as possible.
