We have been loyal Waitrose Customers for as long as I can remember, however the St Ives store offers a shocking customer experience with rude staff who seem to stand around talking to each other rather than assist or carry out their jobs. At 10 to 8pm they were already closing down the kiosks when their opening hours clearly state they are open until 8pm. The management need to start managing and think of their customers instead of clock watching. Thank goodness this doesn't reflect on your other stores who go above and beyond to help.

This is a small branch and has limited stock. I am very rarely able to buy my pick your own offers as they are not on the shelves. Staff are very attentive but powerless to help as expected deliveries if stock often fail to arrive. Also not a pleasant shopping experience as the aisles are narrow and regularly blocked by trolleys and stock cages.

Store being refitted bit chaotic. Hope aisles are made wider. Not great shopping experience.too cramped.
