Love Waitrose, the choice is just incredible, this is there real ale section. It's that big I couldn't fit it all in the photo. The prices are not too bad as well because they do deals similar to tesco, 4 for £6 etc. I'm like a kid in a sweet shop lol.
As long as you buy prudently is as cheap as any other supermarket or can be even cheaper. I am fortunate that during the week I am near six other supermarkets so without any loyalty and will check my regular buys against their online promotions. I do think Waitrose is certainly amongst the best with quality Deli,fish and meat counters with knowledgeable staff. I shop with Waitrose on a regular basis and find the staff the friendliest and most helpful. Give them a try, if you are looking for their lower priced items it is their 'Essential ' range you require. The cafe is well worth a visit. Toilets including a good disabled one are clean and tidy. Free hot drink with any purchase is back
Perhaps the worst Waitrose cafe I’ve visited. Dirty tables. Comically slow service. No cutlery provided, not even tea spoons. Food slapped down on table by careless waitress. No tea pot tea. Only a mug. On the up side, tea was hot as was food.
Visited cafe yesterday, hadnt been for a while ,food and staff are lovely. I was however shocked at the cleanliness of the toilet area, cafe floors plus table bottom stands . Table tops fine as seen being cleaned after each customer . I know from experience and past how clean it has been prior . It will sadly be a while before I visit said two areas again as it made for not a pleasant experience. Still highly recommend the store for excellent quality food and helpful staff .
Amazing service over the phone today from a lovely lady called Julie. Went out of her way to help and above and beyond expectations..during a very busy day ... so impressed
Lunch at the café with friends - great menu, pleasant environment - would definitely consider eating there again.
Always known for being Dear, but not always the case, loads of products are cheaper than tesco sainsbury Asda, I travel 32 miles to go to waitrose, well worth it, loads of bargains and better expiry dates too
A large, clean, well laid out store. It has the quality and service we expect from Waitrose. Clean toilets, plenty of free parking and a garage on site. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite
I went in and bought my shopping, I then scanned it myself and paid for it. I've never been told I can use the staff rest room.
A delightful store..nestling at the foot of the EchTech Centre wind turbine. With a large car park and not too busy at the time of our mid-week visit. Very helpful staff members, not at all phased by our requests for wild mushrooms and Italian cherry tomatoes. Who knew all this choice could be available in Swaffham? We shall return... June 2022 - we did return, and it's still one of our favourite stores...although the petrol station was temporarily closed, due to unforeseen circumstances on our latest visit...
