First time been this garage, I have problem with my suspension, he managed to fixed it in just half day. Paul is friendly, helpful, honest and he know exactly what his doing. Come back here for my future MOt.
Great service from Paul. Vehicle exactly as described and running perfectly. The car was purchased for my youngest daughter, so the safety tips etc that Paul gave us were very much appreciated. It's really nice to deal with someone who takes pride in their products and service
The car was beautifully prepared, also a free MOT thank you Paul we received excellent service, Paul could not be more helpful over the phone and when we arrived. Everything was arranged in his office including taxing the car with DVLA. It was well worth the 365 mile drive to Swaffham, and would do it again for one of his very well priced cars.
Paul is a genuine guy who really knows his stuff. I’ve always had top rate service, excellent advice and honest dealings with Paul. I have recommended him to many people and continue to do so.
Needed to find a new mechanic after moving and Paul came highly recommended. Found him friendly and easy to work with, explaining things as needed and helpful with work arounds when things didn't quite go as expected.
My family and I have dealt with Paul at MSS for our car servicing and sales for the last 8 years. Personal service and the technical knowledge that he offers us is first class. He managed to get 320,000 miles out of my Landrover Discovery before the rust on the body work sent a perfectly mechanically sound car to the scrapheap. I bought a Nissan Qashqai off Paul this February and I am delighted with it, trouble free - and I get 46 mpg out of it too. I have also recommended a dozen of my friends and aquaintances to have their cars serviced with MSS and they are also very pleased with the servce and the value for money repairs he carries out. Only an idiot or someone with money to burn would take their car to a main dealer when you have a service like this on your doorstep in West Norfolk. If he has a fault, it is that he doesn't charge for the free advice he gives. I don't give out posiitve recommendations very often, ask Waitrose, Great Northern Railways or TSB for the ratings I give when a company fouls up and doesn't care about customer care. I cannot rate MSS Motor Sales and Services highly enough.
We use MSS for all our car mechanic needs. Paul is a great at his job, very helpful and a great price.
Very fiendly relaxed service, didn't get pressured in any way, and he did what he said he'd do, happy with my purchase, would use them again.
Good friendly service , no pressure sales and car as described also got free mot and service before sale. If your looking for second hand car dealer in the area you won’t go wrong.
