Lovely adults only site that is dog friendly, but very peaceful. Owners are lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Spacious well kept facilities incl washing machine. Grass, hedges and flowers kept immaculate. The site has a bus stop outside and nice dog walks straight from their property. Swaffham is a little market town, very close and has plenty of supermarkets, eateries and independent shops.
Great site, nice and quiet, adults only. nice railway walk behind the site. 15 minute road walk to town. Showers/toilets were very clean altho rather hot and stifling with heating on but nice I guess if you've just got out shower. Guy on arrival was very welcoming and helpful. We visited nearby Oxborough hall and enjoyed the little museum and church in Swaffham. Great location for a long weekend. Would recommend.
The site has decent level gravel pitches and a clean heated shower block with plenty of hot water. There is easy walking access to Swaffham a short distance away. We were not that fortunate with the weather, so were grateful for the super reliable power hook-up and decent free WiFi. There's no dedicated motorhome service point, but there is an accessible fresh water hose point, and separately an elsan point and waste water disposal area. The site sits between a couple of busy roads so there is some low level road noise but nothing intrusive. The site managers were really helpful. Would recommend.
