I came in recently to buy some flowers and a card, I was amazed by the wonderful customer service from Rosie who helped me with my decisions!nnA lovely atmosphere and very polite staff.
Yeah... Their staff likes to prejudice. If you are looking around the quality drinks and you don't look like an avarage boring person expect for at least 3 employees around you with accusing look,even if you earn more than 3 of them monthly :D I mean If I can spend just 2 mins without eyes on me to chose my drink and after watching me and talking about me during my payment... Guys,this is too much. Have you ever heard of customer experience?? It is getting more like a joke. Next time I will spend some time and play with you if you start doing this. Maybe I will fart or something :D Good luck!
The members of staff are probably one of this company's greatest assets. Every single time we ask them a question, they seem to know the answer and they are friendly about it. The people at the tills are always lovely and helpful.nnThere is an impressive variety of food and there is an excellent cheese counter. I have yet to use the cheese counter, but it looks attractive and delicious. The selection of food is great and there is a books section.nnThe members of staff apear to take pride in their jobs and are enthusiastic.nnI recommend this place.
Easy access. Lots of parking. Selling fresh fish, sushi variety. Spacious and friendly staff. Lots of shops around Waitrose too.
This was my first visit to this outlet and maybe was expecting a lot, and so was slightly disappointed to note that the shelves were not fully stocked, there was a problem with their checkout systems and people had to pay for parking when compared to other supermarkets close by. Having said all that, their customer service was very good which made up for some of these problems.
