Went in today to be served by a branch manager Romana after 40min of waiting who refused to update my address even tho I gave her 2 different photo IDs, had to go home to get a passport so lost two hours of work in the end, awful experience and bare in mind I changed my address at the same branch 3months ago without any ID just my bank card!!!! Shocking experience and loads of stress, hope they change her soon cos I like everybody else there.

This was far the most awful customer service I have received in a while!! Trying to open. A saving account for my daughter! I used Halifax online form to apply for the accountant and supposed to bring my ID documents for verification to my local branch! Where do I start! rude, cocky patronising customer service from the young genetelmen serving me today! He didn't care that I said I'll go and try another bank! Left me with no options! It's 2017 and to book an appointment at this bank it's more than one week! I mean really?

Lovely staff, helped me through my financial problems and helped me organise my accounts properly leaving me feeling confident about my finances. The staff are lovely and friendly and obviously very well trained at the jobs!
