Good size store and good selection. It meets Waitrose expectations and the staff are friendly, though it's a bit annoying you have to faff with the parking meter rather than having a more seamless process where you only pay if you don't visit Waitrose. The local is good if you are in the area, and convenient to pick up some shipping after catching the train out of London.

This is the only waitrose store to deliberately not reduce down items expiring on the same day inh the evening to the final reduction prices. They used to but have become very anti customer now. They don't want you to get a bargain! The staff keep it for themselves and use their discount on top. Very anti customer service of ever there was any

A good selection of food despite not being a very big supermarket. Medium size! Staff are always very helpful as you would expect at a Waitrose. It's a pleasure to shop there. It has the quick check facility and a car park. Make sure you bring change for the car park just in case. £.80 for an hour £1.60 for 2hrs. Can be refunded to you if shopping at Waitrose with a minimum spend.

Not a bad place and reasonably priced for the essential stuff and I find the staff here can be quite helpful. Although this was tainted by quite a rude young guy in the cafe with glasses. I went to the cafe for a free coffee after doing my usual shop. He was not happy about me coming to the cafe and quite condescending not what I expect from this store.

The best supermarket in Egham. For choice, value and service. Always plenty of stock - if not available then the staff can advise when they are expecting more. New lines being constantly added. The service cannot be beaten and in addition you are able to order and collect products fro John Lewis too. Sign up for a My Waitrose card too - it's free and you can get useful discounts by doing so.
