Took my glasses from SpecSavers in Australia in because I had warped the frames. They happily repaired them for me no questions asked and no hassle - totally free of charge. They even gave the lenses a good clean which was really nice. Time to service was excellent.

Was referred to eye clinic but the admin at the Grove Medical Centre are saying the letter was not sent .a 10 week wait for a Hospital appointment became 18 weeks
