I bought a Rolex from this company in 2016. I was delighted with the service and advice. That watch was just bee service and refurbished so it looks like new. This week, Elliot and Stephen excelled themselves sourcing amending and delivering a similar Rolex for my wife's birthday. She specified the watch of her dreams and they just made it happen. Everything about Pomerance Boutique is terrific.
Fantastic experience buying from these guys! Elliot is lovely and knowledgeable and we felt very confident buying from him. Recommend.
All I can say is.....its been an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. I initially dealt with Stephen for my purchase and what a true gent he was nothing was a problem and kept me right from start to finish. Then I had a chance to deal with Elliott and another extremely professional in his field. My new watch was perfect on delivery and was exactly as these guys described. Thank you again guys.

There's a very good reason that Pomerance have a 5-Star rating; they are genuine, honest and very nice people. I found them online when looking for a particular watch, and when I chatted to Elliot on the phone he came across as very genuine and trustworthy. Meeting him later that day to view the watch at their premises in Canary Wharf further filled me with confidence, both Elliot and Stephen are very genuine, trustworthy, accommodating and reasonable. You are in very good hands with them, know you are buying a genuine article and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you gents, I could not be happier with my purchase, confirmed as 100% genuine by the manufacturer, and I have no reason to shop anywhere else. Nor should anyone else!!
