Ordered two bottles of drinks at 20 to 7 pm. TWO!! It has been 2 hours. They forgot about our order. Tried phoning many times. No answer. They will be shutting in 10 min. What a customer service. And we can't even cancel the order. Joke.

Have replaced all the nice Scottish beers they used to stock with English beers instead.nWon't be back.

Quality of produce is high. Customer service is good, but could the store could do with more staffed tills. Self service is ok, but if you are doing a larger shop it is a bit of a faff as they are designed for baskets, not trolleys.

We were a little disappointed, despite advertising Christmas items, the stock was limited, much of it near the front door, so you couldn't look properly without getting in people's way. The staff were filling shelves further in, but that was blocking people trying to shop, and they didn't seem to be bothered by that. Not really the customer focus that Waitrose used to have.

Terrific store, lots of choice. Staff are lovely and helpful.
