Nice shop, great selection of wines and chilled delicacies but the poor guy that was looking after the scan yourself and pay bit was running around like a maniac servicing a customer service desk and attending to the self checkouts that went red alert when someone purchased alcohol, felt sorry for I'm.

The cashier today was really quite hostile and not at all welcoming. My mum and i went in today and bought a few things including a duvet set which was in the sale. When we went to pay the cashier was annoyed that we had gift cards and barked at us to ask if we knew the value on them (doesnt the value show at the till anyway??) . The duvet set had been priced incorrectly (which was also apparently our fault, who knew shopping was such a blame experience!) and took some time to sort. When resolved we decided to opt for the free coffee to be barked at again by our "lovely" cashier that we hadnt told him we wanted that and to go to the cafe instead clearly as he couldnt be bothered to key it in. Come on waitrose he was awful, he shouldnt be taking out his bad mood on customers.

A light and airy café; the wild rice with halloumi was wonderful.

Had the most expensive cup of coffee ever. £7.30. Didn't notice she hadn't given me correct change until I went into another shop in Stirling. Be careful at their cafe if your paying cash!!!

Disappointed. .looking for a nice wee special. Scottish gin ..to give to someone as a present. .Choice of only three Scottish gins in Waitrose Stirling. .lots and lots and lots of ...not Scottish gins ...Disappointed. .
