Yes, Waitrose is expensive and at least for me an occasional treat. It is a lovely store with a great selection, though can be very busy. However, the customer service I received in this store yesterday is worthy of a 5-star review in itself. Lovely lady manning the self-service tills was incredibly helpful and friendly. She helped with a query and chatted to me for a while afterwards. It really made my day and her kindness deserves acknowledgement. Great store and great service, thank you.
